2,500 m². We do not lease below that area.
Can I lease more than one module?
Yes. Modules connect to one another, so a tenant can take all of Phase 3: 14,435.56 m². And the complex keeps growing with Phases 4 and 5.
What is the DPA regime and who benefits from it?
An Active Improvement Warehouse regime, which eases foreign trade operations such as temporarily importing inputs to transform and re-export them. The complex is ready to operate under it; an advisor will walk you through your specific case.
Do the warehouses include offices?
Yes. Every module comes with 74 to 223 m² of finished administrative offices, including restrooms, data and power. It also has a 559 to 737 m² mezzanine with a freight elevator.
How strong is the floor?
Industrial concrete rated up to 5,000 PSI, with 10.50 m of clear height at the shoulder and 13 m at the ridge.

It is a 40-minute drive. The complex sits at Polígono 50, hacienda San Andrés, San Juan Opico, on the Claudia Lars beltway and 4 minutes from the Pan-American Highway.
When can I visit the complex?
Visits are scheduled Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. We are open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon.

Complejo Logístico UNDESA sits at Polígono 50, hacienda San Andrés, parcelación El Castaño, San Juan Opico — on the Claudia Lars beltway and 4 minutes from the Pan-American Highway.
It is a 40-minute drive from San Salvador. The area gives direct access to ports, the airport and the country's main transport routes, which shortens distribution times and lowers the logistics cost of the operation.
